Who I am

This website is run by Luke Brennan, an independent web designer based in Liverpool, UK. I'm the person responsible for any personal information collected here. You can reach me at[email protected].

What I collect

If you get in touch, I receive whatever you choose to send: usually your name, email address, your business or website, and your message. The contact form opens your own email app with your message ready to send, so nothing is submitted to me until you press send in your email app.

This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics at the moment. If that changes, I'll update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver the project. I don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work I've done for clients are kept for as long as needed for accounting and support.

Who else sees it

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses when pages are loaded. Your emails pass through your email provider and mine.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll respond promptly. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
